N British 50 '63 #10268 Bottling Note

Ah, this is exciting! Single grain Scotch whisky from the North British distillery, released for Douglas Laing's Directors' Cut range. Not only that, it's 50 years old, too! 525 bottles of this sweet dram were drawn from a single, first fill hogshead.

North British 50 Year Old 1963 (cask 10268) - Directors' Cut (Douglas Laing) Reviews

Awesome lowland 50yo single grain

I sell this at work by the shot...by far my favorite whisky. Gorgeous raw sugar nose, smooth and full flavour, little bite on the finish and lasts for ages. Certainly recommend.
