Grain whisky aged for 50 years in a refill sherry butt. 50 years! Half a century! Extraordinary stuff courtesy of Douglas Laing's Directors' Cut range. Distilled at North British in December 1962, it wasn't until April 2013 that this single cask was bottled with an outturn of 150.
