North British 31 Year Old 1988 (cask 17662) - The Sovereign (Hunter Laing)

North British 31yo #17662 Bottling Note

Single grain Scotch whisky from the Lowland-based North British Distillery. After maturation in bourbon casks for a substantial 31 years, this was bottled in 2020 by Hunter Laing for its Sovereign range, which specialises in single cask, single grain bottlings. This is certainly another marvelous addition to the series!
