North British 26 Year Old 1989 (cask 11372) - The Sovereign (Hunter Laing)

A 26 year old North British single grain Scotch whisky, as bottled by Hunter Laing for their wonderful Sovereign range (which is packed with excellent independently bottled single grains, by the way). This one was distilled back in 1989, left to age for over a quarter of a century in a single refill hogshead and then bottled at 63.1% ABV. 199 bottles were produced.
