Grain whisky from North British bottled by Douglas Laing for their old Particular range. Distilled in October 1991, the whisky matured in a single refill hogshead until November 2015. The outturn was 256 bottles.

Nose

Comforting and quite rich for a grain with honeyed cereal character.

Palate

Buttercup, toffee, vanilla, menthol, polished oak and allspice.

Finish

More honey, rich caramel and oak.
