A North Star Spirits independent bottling of 21 year old single grain Scotch whisky from the North British distillery, drawn from a single bourbon barrel. It was distilled in October 1995 and bottled in May 2017 with a small outturn of 146 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Waves and waves of butterscotch and milk chocolate, with a touch of cinnamon underneath.
Palate
Rich vanilla (sweet but somewhat earthy), melted chocolate, coffee bean and banana.
Finish
Sultanas, raisins and peanut butter cups.
