A bold and beautifully balanced single grain whisky from North British Distillery, this 15-year-old release from Signatory Vintage was distilled in 2009 and matured in a mix of first-fill and second-fill oloroso sherry butts alongside bourbon barrels. It delivers the best of both worlds — rich, sherried depth meets classic bourbon sweetness. It was bottled in 2025 without chill-filtration or added colour at a punchy 100 Proof (57.1% ABV).
Dark dried fruits, caramelised sugar, and toasted vanilla.
Sherry-soaked raisins, butterscotch, and spiced oak balanced with bourbon-driven toffee and honey.
Long and warming, with lingering nutmeg, dark chocolate, and dried figs.
