A bold and beautifully balanced single grain whisky from North British Distillery, this 15-year-old release from Signatory Vintage was distilled in 2009 and matured in a mix of first-fill and second-fill oloroso sherry butts alongside bourbon barrels. It delivers the best of both worlds — rich, sherried depth meets classic bourbon sweetness. It was bottled in 2025 without chill-filtration or added colour at a punchy 100 Proof (57.1% ABV).

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Dark dried fruits, caramelised sugar, and toasted vanilla.

Palate Sherry-soaked raisins, butterscotch, and spiced oak balanced with bourbon-driven toffee and honey.

Finish Long and warming, with lingering nutmeg, dark chocolate, and dried figs.

Beautiful. Rich and gorgeous.
Sweet caramel and vanilla all the way through. Doesn't need or want for any water even at 57%
