Distilled in June 2009 and matured for 13 years in a host of bourbon barrels, this single grain Scotch from the North British distillery joins the collection from independent bottler Signatory. Bottled without added colour or chill filtration in February 2023.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Soft notes of peach and nectarine, ripe apples, and banana bread, backed by creamy grist and vanilla.
Palate
Vanilla cream and tinned peach are joined by fruity granola, while allspice and oily grain nestle in the depths.
Finish
Sweet spice lingers, with custard, butterscotch, and orange candies.
