From Signatory's Single Grain Collection comes a 12 year old expression from the North British Distillery. This single grain was distilled back in 2007 and bottled a dozen years later at 43% ABV. A youthful, creamy whisky.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Soft vanilla, kumquat, fresh linen and a touch of banana skin.
Palate
Melon, granola, more vanilla and a hint of peppery rye.
Finish
Lemon peel appears on the finish.
