Nose

Floral and tropical with notes of pear drops, candied pineapple, and chamomile.

Palate

Candied ginger and grilled stone fruits, drizzled with honey. Biscuity malt nestles beneath, with floral citrus blossom in tow.

Finish

Honeyed sponge cake, sweet marmalade, buttery pastry, a touch of pepper.
