Description
A new direction for the classic 'Super Nikka' blended Japanese whisky label, with a limited edition release. Revival brings together Sherry matured Nikka and Yoichi stock with a special bottling for Europe.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Complex spices, dried herbs, nuts and citrus.
Palate
A touch of golden syrup and honey, lemongrass, nougat and fragrant oak alongside hints of redcurrant and pot pourri.
Finish
More fragrant oak, ginger and clove.
Overall
Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks? Nikka's distilleries have always had plenty of tasty tricks up their sleeve though, of course.
