This three-year-old American rye whiskey hails from the New York Distilling Company, and now it joins our exclusive Master of Malt Single Cask collection. Matured in a single new American oak barrel, it's packed with character, from classic rye spice and buttered pumpernickel to silky layers of creamy caramel – delicious for sipping, and it'll make a mean Manhattan. A release of 295 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Toasted cereal and rye spice open things up, followed by browned butter and green peppercorns. Softly sweet notes of summer fruits nestle in the depths, with vanilla, oak, and soft sponge cake.
Palate
Silky soft caramel coats the palate before a hearty helping of peppery warmth, root ginger, and nutmeg. Creamy vanilla and caramel condensed milk bring balance, with buttered pumpernickel, drizzled with honey.
Finish
Stone fruits join for the finish with sweet peach and soft apricot joining the powerful spice and oak char that linger.
