New Riff Single Barrel Bourbon (54.4%)
Kentucky's New Riff uses a high rye mash bill to produce its bourbon, comprising 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley. Matured in a single barrel, the whiskey was bottled at a hearty 54.4% ABV, making it a splendid bourbon sip and savour.

Nose
Charred oak, runny caramel, buttered corn and a distant pinch of mint.
Palate
Buttery popcorn, milk chocolate, butterscotch, and baking spice, with toasted vanilla and oak throughout.
Finish
Roasted nuts, oak char, citrus oil, and a woody spice.
