Another meaty Mortlach, released as part of Douglas Laing's Premier Barrel series! This one spent just under a decade ageing in a single cask, bottled once it reached eight years of age at 46% ABV, with an outturn of 412 bottles. One to add a bit of retro fun to your home bar!
Caramelised nuts and spiced chocolate, with notes of baklava in tow.
Runny honey and a drizzle of treacle, supported by buttery croissant and icing sugar.
Flamed citrus peel and honeycomb.
