Bourbon
An indie bottling of the 'Beast of Dufftown' - Mortlach! This was distilled in 2007 and set aside to mature in a single bourbon barrel for 8 years before being bottled by Langside for their Hepburn's Choice range in 2016. 298 bottles were produced.
Grassy fields, grist, toffee apples and vanilla pod.
Chocolate muffins, oily hops, tangerines and Crème caramel.
Dry oak spice and orange peels.
