Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lots of fruit (think pears in the middle of summer) with a touch of bourbon-cask-style vanilla.

Palate: Grows sweet with fudge. More rich, fragrant pear.

Finish: Develops spicy elements on the finish.
