Independently bottled 14 year old single malt from the much loved Mortlach distillery in Speyside. This Signatory bottling was drawn from a pair of hogshead casks which were filled in September 2002 and cracked open in December 2016.
Toasted walnut and wood shavings. Rounded citrus and layers of honey.
Poached pear with cream, exotic spices, wafts of smoke and some salted caramel.
