
This single malt was distilled at Mortlach in 2013 and spent the next dozen years maturing in second-fill oloroso sherry butts until bottling in 2025. Packed with meaty malt, toffee, and sherried fruit sweetness, this whisky joins the 100 Proof Edition series from indie bottler Signatory, weighing in at a robust 57.1% ABV.
