A Signatory bottling of Mortlach, released as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled back in 2009 and left to age for 12 years until it was bottled in 2022 (without chill-filtration, of course).
Dried meat, damp hay, and honey-roasted peanuts.
Creamy banana emerges among supple tannins, beeswax, and gingerbread.
Long and sweet.
