Another meaty Mortlach, this one was bottled courtesy of Signatory. It was distilled in April 2007 and left to mature in a pair of hogsheads for 12 years. When Feburary 2020 came around, it was bottled at 46% ABV for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection by Signatory.
Hazelnut chocolate praline, with honey on fresh toast and a good layer of spice.
Buttered rye bread, rich mocha and almond croissant.
Cooked apple and oily malt, with lingering spiced chocolate.
