A splendid single malt from the magnificent Mortlach Distillery! It was distilled in December 2009 and allowed to rest in a pair of hogsheads for 11 years, until bottling in May 2021 for part of the independent Un-Chillfiltered Collection by Signatory.
White chocolate macadamia nuts, honeyed crumpets, and oily barley.
Increasing spice with warming ginger and peppercorns, almond butter, bitter chocolate, and milky coffee.
Nut oil and oak with spicy malt, stewed green apple, and vanilla.
