Mortlach 11 Year Old 2009 (casks 317287 & 317305) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

Marvellous Mortlach single malt here, independently bottled by Signatory for the well-loved Un-Chillfiltered Collection range. This one was matured in two hogsheads for 11 years, from 2009 to 2021, before being bottled up at 46% ABV, without any of the chill-filtration. None of that, thank you very much.
