Distilled at the marvellous Mortlach in 2009, this single malt spent 11 years maturing in hogshead casks, all the way up until June 2021, when it was rehomed in bottles, ready for drinking! Bottled up by Signatory for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Vanilla fruitcake, lemon zest, clove, dried herbs.
A whiff of olive brine, stewed stone fruits, sweet malt, and mixed spices.
Earthy oak, citrus peel, crushed nuts, and fresh leather.
