Bourbon

A fruity and spicy Mortlach, distilled in March 2008 and left to mature in a pair of first-fill bourbon barrels for just over a decade. 11 years passed, and Signatory decided to bottle the single malt in May 2019 for the Cask Strength Collection, with an outturn of 475 bottles at 57.6% ABV.
Spicy oak, walnut loaf, ripe fruit and toasted malt.
Heather honey, vanilla cream, with tropical and tangy pineapple and mango.
Malt returns on the finish alongside a pinch of cinnamon spice.
