Mortlach 11 Year Old 2008 (cask 800084 & 800085) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

11 year old Mortlach single malt, bottled up by the superb Signatory for its Cask Strength Collection. This whisky was distilled in March 2008 and set aside to matured in a pair of bourbon barrels for over a decade. In March 2019, those barrels were cracked open and drained of the delicious whisky within them, producing 483 cask strength bottles.
