Drawing on the region's rich wine-making history, Bordeaux-based Moon Harbour distillery has matured this French single malt whisky in sauternes barrels and freshly emptied barrels from acclaimed winery, Château Haut-Bergeron.

Nose
Floral fruitiness from the wine barrels, with nectarines and some heather honey.
Palate
Creamy vanilla, with apricots, ginger, and some dried orange peel.
Finish
Peppery spices build, along with oaky vanilla character.
