This single malt whisky from Israel's Milk & Honey Distillery was released as part of its Apex collection, which specialises in exceptional casks and select batches of distinction. This bottling was matured in ex-rum casks from Jamaica and Cuba and is positively brimming with rich, tropical fruity character!
Tropical fruit – bold banana, juicy pineapple, melon and funky esters.
Further rum character with punchy bittersweet dried fruits, exotic fresh fruits, and wafts of earthy leather, followed by an increasing zesty spice.
Banana fritters, grilled pineapple with pepper, and a woody drying finish.

Wow. The best rum cask whisky on the market. For a NAS this is absolutely fantastic worth every penny. Balvenie 14 I thought that was a good dram this is unbelievable flavour of the rum and the depth is just mind blowing
