From Israel's Milk & Honey distillery, a four-year-old single malt, distilled in December 2019 and matured in a refill hogshead. A total of 198 bottles join the independent collection from North Star Spirits.
Tropical, with notes of banana bread and melon, buttery biscuits, and juicy barley.
Generous layers of fruit and nutty malt are joined by peppery waves of warming oak, and trickles of runny honey.
Bold oak lingers, with buttery barley, ginger, and poached fruit.
