Michel Couvreur Very Sherried 25 Year Old 1990

Michel Couvreur 25yo 1990 Bottling Note

A 25 year old single malt whisky from the Michael Courveur Very Sherried selection. Michel Courveur brings whisky over from Scotland to Burgundy and finishes them in Sherry oak casks - and they are (as the name suggests) well-Sherried indeed.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lots of raisins and chocolate notes. A soft core of vanilla.

Palate: Sherried orange peels and jammy damsons. Hints of almond, too.

Finish: Dried pineapple and rich oloroso.
