Description

A 25 year old single malt whisky from the Michael Courveur Very Sherried selection. Michel Courveur brings whisky over from Scotland to Burgundy and finishes them in Sherry oak casks - and they are (as the name suggests) well-Sherried indeed.

Nose

Lots of raisins and chocolate notes. A soft core of vanilla.

Palate

Sherried orange peels and jammy damsons. Hints of almond, too.

Finish

Dried pineapple and rich oloroso.
