This impressive blended malt from Michel Couvreur in France combines 2006 vintage malt from Scotland, aged in fino sherry and Chenin Blanc wine casks with a portion of peated French malt whisky aged in Malaga wine casks. You can expect plenty of biscuity malt, sweet caramel and bright fruit here, with an elegant ripple of peat smoke and rich oak at its core.
