Jefferson's Reserve Old Rum Cask Finish
Delicious bourbon and rum meet in this expression of Jefferson's Reserve! Kentucky straight bourbon spent eight years ageing before it was whacked into a cask which previously held Gosling’s Family Reserve Old Rum, where it spent 15 months finishing. Finally, it was bottled up in this handsome vessel at 45.1% ABV.

Nose
Dark treacle and brown sugar, with a creamy coconut note and oaky vanilla.
Palate
Toffee popcorn and toasted marshmallow, with cinnamon butter and melted milk chocolate.
Finish
Dark chocolate fondant dessert and a touch of vanilla cream.
