This one was distilled in November 2012 and aged in a refill hogshead for 12 years, before being bottled in March 2012 as part of the Provenance range. 355 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Juicy barley paired with lemon and peach, plus a drizzle of heather honey.

Palate

Well-rounded vanilla, brown sugar, a touch of mocha.

Finish

Spiced fruits and a good whack of oak.
