A marvellous Mannochmore single malt, brought to us by Signatory as part of the Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 2008, the whisky finished its 16-year maturation in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead, yielding a total of 351 cask-strength bottles when it was opened in 2025.
