13 year old single malt Scotch from Mannochmore! Distilled in 2008, this expression rested in a pair of hogshead casks, until it was independently bottled by Signatory in 2022. Super stuff if you're in search of a delicous Speysider to sip on.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Flaked almonds, butterscotch, a touch of sawdust, and green oak.
Palate
Bold barley and baking spices build, with a lift of floral sweetness and candied peels balancing dried herbs and peppery warmth beneath.
Finish
Still nutty with bold spice, a pinch of nutmeg and clove are softened by sweet Pear Drops.
