10 year old single malt from Mannochmore - much of this distillery's whisky ends up in blends, so we always love to see it as a single malt. This one was drawn from a pair of hogsheads laid down in 2007 and cracked open in 2018, then bottled at 43% ABV by Signatory.

Nose
Honey-nut cornflakes, coffee bean and a touch of flint.
Palate
Ripe blueberry, barley, more honey and almond.
Finish
Lingering hoppy bitterness and dried citrus.
