This single cask whisky from Macaloney's Distillery is made using Canadian barley and distilled in Forsyth's pot stills on Vancouver Island. The Invermallie range highlights single casks, and here, number 67 sees the Canadian single malt matured in an ex-bourbon cask, with an outturn of only 241 bottles. Expect plenty of vanilla and sweet oak, along with warm baking spices.
