Indie bottler North Star Spirits have done it again with this 25 year old bottling of Macallan, released as part of the Cask Series 007. Distilled in 1993, it then spent its days (or years, rather) in a single bourbon hogshead, with a finish in a sherry octave. Only a very limited 64 bottles were released of this special stuff, presented in a frosted glass bottle.
