Tasty 25 year old Speyside single malt from the Longmorn distillery, matured in one hogshead cask. This was distilled in June 1990 and left to aged until September 2015, when Signatory came along and drained the cask of its delicious whisky. 220 bottles were produced for the Cask Strength Collection.
Cut grass, honey'd cereal and grapefruit zest.
Polished oak, cinnamon and liquorice. A wave of caramel comes along on the mid-palate.
Sugared almond, black pepper and oatcakes.
