This is a Cask Strength Collection bottling of 25 year old Longmorn single malt Scotch whisky, aged in a single hogshead cask from June 1990 to November 2015. Bottled by the brilliant Signatory with an outturn of 207 bottles.
Jaffa Cakes, rye spices, grist and a light savoury note of sage leaf.
Liquorice root, salted butter, cinnamon gum and honey.
Barley, cracked black pepper and crushed almonds.
