A 21 year old Longmorn single malt, distilled in September 1992 and bottled in May 2014 by the chaps at Hunter Laing. A release of 285 bottles, presented as part of their excellent Old Malt Cask range.
Honey-laden porridge, hay, black pepper, green apple.
More apple, now with pear and blackcurrant. Walnuts, anise and barley sugar.
Brown sugar and chocolate-coated honeycomb.
