An 18 year old single malt from the Longmorn Distillery, aged in a single bourbon barrel for 18 years - from September 2002 to October 2020. Following that lengthy slumber, Signatory came along and cracked open the bourbon barrel to bottle the whisky up for the Cask Strength Collection. Only 220 bottles were produced.
Honeyed cereals, Fruit Pastilles (the green ones, specifically), buttered bread.
Caramelised peanuts, oaky spices, a touch of milky tea, tinned peaches, walnuts.
Lingering cinnamon, black pepper and brown sugar.
