Bourbon
Released as part of indie bottler Signatory's Cask Strength Collection, this single malt was distilled at the Longmorn Distillery in September 2002. It was left to mature in a single Bourbon cask for 18 years, before being bottled up at a cask strength of 55.1% in November 2020. A total of 192 bottles were drawn from this cask.
Buttered toast with honey, lime marmalade, and black pepper.
Malted Milk biscuits, caramelised peanuts, spiced apple, and milky coffee.
Waxy orchard fruit, vanilla pod, and oak char.
