This was distilled at Longmorn in October 1994 and aged for 14 years in a single refill hogshead before bottling for the Old Malt Cask range in December of 2008. A release of 352 bottles.
Nose: Citrus, cocoa, cherry liqueur, unlit cigars and malt.
Palate: Complex and rich with notes of barley malt, porridge with thick honey and hot milk. A little cinnamon.
Finish: Spicy and sweet, a touch of cedar on the tail.
