Croftengea 10 Year Old 2016 (cask #5) - Cask Masters (Brave New Spirits) 70cl Whisky

One of Loch Lomond’s peated single malt styles, Croftengea takes an intriguing turn here with a finish in a first-fill Calvados barrique. Distilled in April 2016 and bottled at 10 years old by Brave New Spirits for its Cask Masters range, it combines earthy, industrial smoke with sticky apple sweetness. Think dunnage warehouse, mechanic’s workshop and a Normandy orchard. Just 289 bottles were released at 52.1% ABV.
