    Product details

Littlemill 25 Year Old 1991 (cask 11789) - Xtra Old Particular (Douglas Laing)

A single cask single malt from the greatly missed Littlemill distillery, independently bottled by Douglas Laing. This was distilled in November 1991 and aged in a refill hogshead for 25 years until June 2017, when it was bottled as part of the Xtra Old Particular range (with updated packaging - glass cork and all!). Only 300 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Thick-cut marmalade, cedar, flaky pastry and mince pie filling.

    Palate

Runny honey and fizzy sherbet. Warm oak and salted butter.

    Finish

Decadent butterscotch and juicy barley notes remain.
