Speyside single malt from Linkwood, distilled in 1997 and matured for 25 years in a pair of hogsheads. It was bottled in 2022 by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection, with a release of only 453 bottles.
Some buttery pastry, with nutmeg, cinnamon, and some lemon peel.
Warm charred oak, with dollops of custard, stone fruit, and some salted caramel.
Pepper, allspice, and some oaky vanilla.
