A Signatory bottling of 22 year old Linkwood single malt, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks which were filled in May 1995 and cracked open in June 2017. Enjoyably grassy with a hearty whack of vanilla for good measure.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Cedar, cinnamon, lemongrass and elegant wafts of jasmine.
Palate
Vanilla really starts to take control here, with toffee and milky coffee helping it along.
Finish
Lingering peppery, grassy notes.
