Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Soft lemon and toasted nuts, with a hint of oily malt in the background.
Palate
Grassy at first, before notes of sultana, redcurrant, cassia and black pepper develop. A hint of dusty oak and leather in the background.
Finish
Toasted nuts once again, plus marmalade on rye toast.
