From the Old Particular indie bottling range comes a 21 year old Linkwood single malt, matured in a single refill hogshead. Back in June 1997, this whisky was left to slumber away in the Linkwood warehouse - 21 years later, in June 2018, the cask was cracked open by Douglas Laing. 314 bottles were produced.
Dried pineapple and mango, with underlying cedar giving it a fragrant earthiness.
Citrus peel and clotted cream, followed by cinnamon stick and honeyed cereal.
Continued orange notes, almond, oak and Sesame Snaps.
